My Camera Helmet

In 2007 I decide to have another go at Camera Flying, I had tried nearly 10 years ago with little or no success, back then I had the usual protec helmet modified up with plate of aluminum. The strapping on that helmet just did not do the job and after entering into free fall it would start to slide around meaning aiming the thing became impossible. After about five goes at filming the sky or ground with the occasional shot of someone else I gave up.

This time round I wanted to go for the Chin Cup /full face type of helmet, now having spent a bit of money on camera gear back then I didn't want to spend a fortune only to give up after 5 jumps, so this time I turned to ebay.co.uk After a few months I had a complete system for less than £500, now just have to learn how to use it!
